Assist 2 Score uses modern technology such as fibers and materials designed to alleviate sweat, heat, cold and offer UV protection.
Our technology also extends to the type of machinery used to make our products and provide us the luxury to manage any size production order. Our production units are set up to offer a variety of print and embroidery options. is our proud owner, Brandon S. Woolen. Mr. Woolen founded this LLC in 2011 and has been providing leadership ever since. Mr. Woolen is a native of Alexandria, VA and is a devoted husband and father.
His involvement in sports and being a part of team structures for the last 35 years has taught him an abundance of skills that he has successfully applied to many areas of his life. Mr. Woolen has always had a strong love for the game of basketball which he used to afford him a free education to Iowa Western Community College and Virginia Union University as a student and athlete. Mr. Woolen’s studies include criminal justice and business management. Just like many young men his dream was to play in the National Basketball Association (NBA). With his goals set high, he produced a work ethic that did lead him to a professional basketball career on the overseas circuit where he had a modest four year career before he was sidelined by a knee injury.
Being sidelined, Mr. Woolen pursued other business interest and became a financial planner for
New York Life, one of the most admired financial/insurance companies in the world today. Mr. Woolen decided to walk away from his success as a financial planner and follow his heart back to the
basketball community where he is deeply rooted. His return to the basketball community would be much different as a mentor looking to give back and embrace his entrepreneurial spirit. He founded the Assist 2 Score Student Athlete and Youth Development Program and Assist 2 Score Merchandise and Apparel.
He understands that none of his success would have been
possible without God and his strong family, mentors and positive role models that have taught him the necessary life skills to succeed. His strong leadership ability and commitment to his vision/mission has allowed him to stand at
the helm of the company and produce conclusive results. Mr. Woolen would like to continue to give back by using his life as testimony for others. Mr.
Woolen’s willingness to give back derives from reflecting on how his life has and continues to evolve through the positive influence of people who have inspired and helped shape him into the man he is today.
