SUBLIMATION PRINT

Sublimation is a printing process that uses heat to transfer ink onto apparel fabric.

The technique evaporates ink off sublimation paper and into the fabric.

It doesn’t coat the apparel fabric. Instead, it merges with it to re-create the intended designs in lasting and vibrant colors. Subliamtion doesn’t crack, peel, or fade. 

CHENILLE PATCHES

Chenille,is a form a tackle twill it involves sewing down a number or letter made by cutting pieces of one material and applying them to the surface of another material usually with a nylon twill. Appligue has a raised brushed surface finish and is commonly unsed for Varisty Jackets, Sweat Shirts, Hoodies, and More. 

CHROME TWILL

Chrome Tackle Twill involves sewing down a custom number or letter made with high quality rexine that is shiny and bright. Unlike regular tackle twill this option will add to the overall look of any team, Our Chrome Twill is Bold and comes in several different color options. Our Chrome twill can also be created with Laser Holes and a touch of Silicone Printing for an enhancemnt 

SCREEN PRINT

Screenprinting is a process where ink is forced through a mesh screen onto a surface. Making certain areas of the screen impervious to printing ink creates a stencil, which blocks the printing ink from passing through the screen. The ink that passes through forms the printed image.

A printing screen consists of a fine mesh fabric that is tightly stretched and attached to a metal or wooden frame. Traditionally these screens were made of silk, but today they are most often made of synthetic materials such as terylene.

Embroidery is the art or process of forming decorative designs with hand or machine needlework.
